Terms of use

Last updated: 19 October 2026. These are the rules for using MvpKit. By making an account you agree to them.

What MvpKit is

MvpKit hosts help pages, contact forms, ideas boards and waitlists for your projects. You write the content; we host it and send the emails.

Your account

• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• One person or team per account. Don't share it with strangers.

What you may not publish or send

You are responsible for everything you publish and everything your visitors post to your pages (ideas, messages). Don't use MvpKit for:

• anything illegal, including sexual content involving minors, which we report to the authorities;
• hate, harassment, threats or content that encourages violence or self-harm;
• spam, phishing, malware or fake pages that pretend to be another company or person;
• content you have no right to publish (someone else's copyrighted text, private data).

How we check content

• Text on public pages (help articles, welcome text, ideas, the waitlist welcome email) is checked when you save it, by our own rules and by an automatic moderation service.
• Text that clearly breaks these terms is saved for you but not shown in public. You see why next to it. If we got it wrong, write to us and we will look.
• Anyone can report a page with the "Report this page" link at the bottom of every public page. We look at every report.
• We may hide content, unpublish a project, turn off AI features or close an account that breaks these terms. In clear cases we act first and tell you after.

AI features

• AI features are optional and have monthly limits per plan. When a limit is reached, the feature stops until next month; the rest of MvpKit keeps working.
• AI answers can be wrong. Check AI-written text before you publish it.
• If an account keeps sending text our checks stop, its AI features turn off until we review it.

Plans and price

Plans and prices are on the pricing page. During the launch offer every plan is free. Before you have to pay for anything, we email you at least 30 days ahead.

Your content and leaving

Your content stays yours. You let us store, show and send it so MvpKit can work. You can delete a project at any time; that deletes its articles, messages, ideas and waitlist. To delete your account, write to us.

No guarantees

We work to keep MvpKit running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is", without a promise that it never fails. Keep your own copy of important content. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Changes

We may change these terms. For important changes we email account owners before they take effect.
