Use MvpKit from Claude
Ask Claude what your customers need, and let it do the writing.
MvpKit has an MCP server, so Claude can read and work on your projects. Ask "What needs me today?" across all your products, have Claude write a help article from a customer question, or draft a reply you approve before it goes out.

Connect in a minute
- claude.ai or Claude Desktop
- In Claude, open Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste
https://mvpkit.net/api/mcp. Claude opens MvpKit; sign in and click Allow. The connection shows on your Account page, where Disconnect ends it. - Claude Code, Cursor or scripts
- On the Account page, click Make a key. For Claude Code, run the command shown with the key. Other tools use the same address with the key as a Bearer header. Revoke stops a key.
What you can ask
- "What needs me today?" New messages, ideas and help gaps across all your projects.
- "Which questions does my help not answer yet?" Then: "Write an article about refunds."
- "Reply to Olivia's message about the invoice." Claude shows you the exact email first.
- "Mark the time-tracking idea as In progress."
What Claude can and can't do
Can: read your projects, messages, ideas and help articles; write new articles as drafts and publish them when you say so; edit articles, add topics and change the help home text; reply to messages; mark messages done; set ideas to Planned, In progress or Done.
Can't: delete projects or articles, change settings, see your waitlist emails or touch billing. A reply goes out only after you agree to the exact text Claude showed you. The app's rules still apply: text is checked before it is saved, and replies count toward the same daily limit.
Why it is useful when you run several products
One question covers every project. Instead of opening five inboxes, you ask Claude once, and it tells you which product has an unhappy customer and which help page is missing. Claude does the writing; you make the decisions.
What it costs
Connecting Claude is included on every plan, Free too. You need a Claude account that can add custom connectors. What Claude writes does not use MvpKit's AI allowances; replies it sends count toward the same daily send limit.
