AI answers

Visitors ask a question. Your help center answers it.

When someone types a question into your help search, MvpKit writes a short answer from your published articles and links to them. If your articles don't cover it, the visitor gets "Write to us" with the question already filled in, and you see what your help is missing.

Free for one project. Every plan includes help, contact form, support email, ideas with voting and waitlist. Pro's published price is $29/month total for up to five projects; Studio is $79/month for up to 20.

Answers only from what you published

The answer uses your project's public help articles and nothing else. It does not know your customers' accounts or your private data. When the articles don't cover the question, it says so and offers the contact form instead of guessing. Every answer shows the articles it came from.

Questions your help can't answer come to you

When the AI can't answer, the visitor writes to you with the question in the message, and the message is marked "AI couldn't answer". On the Help screen, a weekly check groups these questions into topics under "Missing from your help". One click drafts an article for a topic; you edit it and publish, and the next visitor gets the answer.

Turn AI answers off for a project; the normal help search keeps working.
See every question people asked on the Help screen.
Nothing is published without you: article drafts wait until you press Publish.

Limits

AI is included, not billed per answer. Free accounts get up to 50 new help answers a month, at most 10 per project a day. Pro gets up to 2,000 a month. New accounts currently get Free AI limits during the launch offer. See all AI limits.
