Support email

A support email for every product, with no mailbox to set up.

Every project gets an address that works the minute you create it, like yourproject@mail.mvpkit.net. Put it on your site and in your app. Emails land in the project's inbox next to contact form messages, and you answer them from MvpKit.

How it works

1. A customer writes to yourproject@mail.mvpkit.net.
2. The email shows up in the project's Contact inbox and on Home.
3. You reply from the inbox. The reply goes out from the same address.
4. When the customer answers, it lands in the same conversation, not as a new message.

No mailbox, no DNS records, no email forwarding to set up. Contact form messages and emails sit in one list, so you answer both the same way.

Using support@yourproduct.com instead

You can use an address on your own domain for receiving and replies. It takes three steps: let MvpKit send as your address (a few DNS records), forward your mail to your MvpKit address, then switch. Until both checks pass, your MvpKit address keeps working. Right now we set up your own domain with you: write to us, and self-service setup follows soon.

Replies, drafts and limits

You can write the reply yourself or press Draft with AI: it writes from your published help articles and marks in [brackets] what only you know. Free accounts get 20 AI reply drafts a month. Sending is limited per day to keep the address out of spam folders.

Is it the right fit?

It fits products where one person or a few people answer customers by email. It is not a shared team mailbox with assignments, and it is not for newsletters or bulk email.
