Once a week, AI reads the questions your help search couldn’t answer and the messages people sent you, and groups them into topics. Each topic shows how often it was asked, with examples. One click drafts the missing article.

How it works

  1. Visitors search your help page or write to you. When the AI can't answer from your articles, the question is kept.
  2. Once a week, MvpKit groups these questions and your contact messages into topics. Press Check now to run it sooner.
  3. Each topic shows how many times it was asked and examples in the visitors' words.
  4. Press Draft an article. The editor opens with an AI draft and [notes] where it needs your facts.
  5. Fill in the notes and press Publish. The next visitor gets the answer. Or press Dismiss if it isn't worth an article.

Also from a single message

In the inbox, Turn into help article starts an article draft from one customer's question. After you publish it, you can add the article's link to your reply.

Nothing goes public without you

Drafts stay drafts until you press Publish. The AI only knows your articles and the questions people asked; it can be wrong about your product, so read each draft.
