MvpKit

For several products

One place for the support of every product you run.

Each product gets its own help center, contact form, support email, ideas board and waitlist, at its own address. You run all of them from one account and see what needs you on one screen.

Free for one project. Every plan includes help, contact form, support email, ideas with voting and waitlist. Pro's published price is $29/month total for up to five projects; Studio is $79/month for up to 20.

Launch offer: sign up before January 1, 2027 to keep the founding price (Pro $15/month, Studio $39/month) once billing starts. Until then, paid-plan features are temporarily free, with no card. We will email at least 30 days before charging. See plans and limits.

What each product gets

Every project keeps its own data. A visitor on one product's help page never sees another product.

What you see in one place

Home lists every project and a to-do list across all of them: new messages, ideas waiting for approval, new waitlist signups and questions your help doesn't answer yet. Each line has one button that takes you to the right screen. The project menu switches between products, and every new message also sends an alert to your email.

The next product takes minutes, not a weekend

  1. Click Add project and give it a name.
  2. Pick the features it needs: help, contact, ideas, waitlist.
  3. Paste the product's website address and let AI draft a welcome text and starter articles, or write your own.
  4. Link the help page from your product, and put the support email on your site.

No new form backend, no new mailbox, no new help center subscription.

What it costs for several products

Free covers one project. Pro is $29/month for up to five projects, which is $5.80 per product when you use all five. Studio is $79/month for up to 20, $3.95 per product at 20. Every project on a plan gets every feature.

We run our own products on it

TaskScale, BrainScale and RacketUp each have their own help center, contact form and address, all managed from one MvpKit account.

Is it the right fit?

MvpKit fits people who build and run more than one product: each one needs help pages and a way to reach you, and none of them should take a week of setup. It is one sign-in per account; team seats are not there yet. It is not a helpdesk for a large support team.
