MvpKit hosts your help articles on a public, searchable website. Write an answer once and send its link the next time someone asks. Manage one product or several from the same account.
Free for one project. Each plan includes a help center, contact form, ideas board with voting and waitlist. Pro's published price is $12/month total for up to five projects, with your own subdomain.

Publish help without hosting another site
- Articles and topics. Write formatted articles, organize them into topics and subtopics, and give each answer a shareable link.
- Search and browsing. Customers can search the articles or browse the topic tree, on desktop or phone.
- A hosted address. Start at yourproject.mvpkit.net. Pro and Studio include an address such as help.yourproduct.com; custom-address setup currently needs DNS changes and our help.
- Contact on the same portal. If an answer is missing, people can write to you without hunting for an email address.
Start from your website, then review the drafts
Paste your product's public URL into “Set up from your site.” MvpKit reads up to five public pages and drafts a welcome text and starter help articles. You review the drafts and choose what to add. It can save the first round of writing, but you still need to check facts it cannot know from your site.
Let visitors ask a question
The help search can give a short AI answer based on your project's public articles, with source links. If the articles do not cover the question, the visitor can open the contact form with the question already filled in. You can turn AI answers off and keep the normal help search.
New accounts currently get Free AI limits during the launch offer: up to 50 new AI answers per account per calendar month, with at most 10 per project per day, and up to three site-setup runs per month. These are ceilings; usage-cost caps and temporary service pauses can stop AI earlier. See all AI allowances.
Set up your help center
- Create an account and confirm your email.
- Add a project, turn Help on and choose its MvpKit address.
- Write your first articles, or review drafts made from your public website.
- Open the public help page and link it from your product's menu or footer.

We use MvpKit for TaskScale help, BrainScale help and RacketUp help. These are products we run, not independent customer endorsements. Each has its own address and articles.
What it costs across several products
Free covers one project on a MvpKit address. Pro is $12/month or $120/year for up to five projects. Studio is $29/month or $290/year for up to 20. Each project has its own help, contact, ideas and waitlist; Pro and Studio include your own subdomain and no MvpKit branding. The launch offer temporarily makes paid-plan features free.
At five projects, Pro's monthly price works out to $2.40 per project, billed as $12 total. You do not need a separate help subscription for each product.
Is it the right fit?
MvpKit fits small SaaS products, apps and sites that need public help and a simple contact path. It is not a versioned developer-documentation platform or a private internal knowledge base. AI answers depend on what you publish; they do not know your customers' accounts or private product data.
