Receive customer messages without building the backend.
MvpKit gives your product an email-and-message contact form, a project inbox and email alerts. Link to the hosted page or embed the form on your own site. There is no form server or email-delivery setup for you to run.
Free for one project. Contact, help articles, ideas with voting and waitlist are included. Pro's published price is $12/month total for up to five projects, with your own subdomain and no MvpKit branding.

One form, two places to use it
- Hosted contact page
- Turn on Contact for your project's public portal. Share a link such as yourproject.mvpkit.net/contact. You can put the link in your app, footer or emails without changing your site's code.
- Embedded form
- Paste the project-specific snippet from MvpKit into your website. It works wherever you can add a container and an external JavaScript script, including static HTML sites. You keep your existing website host.
The embed has this shape. Replace YOUR_PROJECT_UID with your real project UID; the app gives you the complete snippet.

- Email alerts. The project owner gets an alert when a customer sends a message.
- A full inbox per project. Read and manage messages in MvpKit. The account dashboard shows the latest 10 messages across projects.
- Reply by email. Open a reply in your email app. MvpKit does not currently receive the email conversation back into a threaded inbox.
- Optional user context. If your website knows the signed-in user's email or ID, pass it to the embed so the message includes that context.
- Basic spam checks. Honeypot, minimum fill time and per-IP rate limits reduce automated submissions without a CAPTCHA puzzle.
Draft a reply from your help articles
In the inbox, “Write a draft reply” uses your project's articles to suggest an answer. You review and edit it, then open your email app to send it. Missing information is marked for you to check; drafts are never sent automatically.
New accounts currently get up to 20 AI reply drafts per calendar month during the launch offer. Counts are shared across the account, and usage-cost caps can stop AI earlier. See AI limits.
Set it up
- Create an account, confirm your email and add a project.
- Turn Contact on. Choose the hosted page, the embed, or both.
- Copy your contact-page link or the snippet from “Set up form” onto your site.
- Send a test message. Check both your MvpKit inbox and the email alert.
See it in use
MvpKit's own contact page uses the hosted form. Our other products use the same service: TaskScale, BrainScale and RacketUp. Please only submit a message if you want to contact us.
Pricing and limits
Free covers one project on a MvpKit address. Pro is $12/month or $120/year for up to five projects. Studio is $29/month or $290/year for up to 20. Pro and Studio include your own subdomain and no MvpKit branding. All four core tools are included; the launch offer temporarily makes paid-plan features free.
The contact form has email and message fields, not custom fields or file uploads. Messages can be up to 5,000 characters. Contact submissions are rate-limited to five per IP address per ten minutes. This is a simple product contact form, not an unlimited-traffic form backend, a live chat or a full ticketing system.
