What runs on every form
- A hidden field. People never see it; bots fill it in, and the message is dropped.
- A minimum fill time. A form sent less than 3 seconds after it opened is treated as a bot.
- Per-IP limits every 10 minutes: 5 contact messages, 10 waitlist signups, 5 idea suggestions and 60 votes.
- A quiet answer. A blocked bot gets a normal "sent" reply, so it has no reason to try again. You never see the message.
Beyond the forms
- Idea suggestions wait for your approval before they show on your board.
- The text you publish is checked against our content rules before it goes live, and every public page has a "Report this page" link.
- Replies you send are limited per day, and MvpKit stops sending to addresses that bounced or marked a reply as spam. This keeps your support address out of spam folders.
What it can't stop
A person typing spam by hand looks like a customer, so it reaches your inbox. Mark it done or delete it; it takes a second. If spam becomes a real problem for your project, write to us.
